Order Processing
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed.
You should receive an email within 3 business days letting you know that your order is on the way.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Current estimated shipping times are:
- Economy: 5 to 8 business days
- Standard: 3 to 4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
International Customers
Customer Responsibility for Taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply to their order, including European, Asian, or other regional taxes.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
