This website is run by Rocket Blueprint Posters (“Rocket Blueprints,” “we,” “us”), an online shop based in Arizona, USA, that sells restored NASA blueprint, astronomy and Solar System prints. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Contact and shipping details: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number if you provide one.
• Order details: the prints, sizes and finishes you buy, order totals, and your order history with us.
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as card type and last four digits, but never your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send through the contact form or by email, such as questions about an order.
• Device and usage data: your browser and device type, IP address, approximate location (city or region), pages viewed, how you reached the site, and how you interact with our ads, collected through cookies, analytics and advertising tags.

• To process, print, pack and ship your order, and send order and shipping updates.
• To answer your questions and handle returns or problems with an order.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site and checkout secure.
• To keep business, accounting and tax records, including sales tax records required by Arizona.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To send marketing emails, only if you choose to subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We share information only with the companies that help us run the shop, and only what they need:

• Payment processing: Stripe, to take payments securely.
• Shipping carriers: to deliver your order (name, address and, where needed, phone number).
• Website hosting and email: Hostinger, which hosts the site and our support email.
• Analytics: Google Analytics, to measure site traffic and performance.
• Advertising: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest and Google, through tags on our site that measure how our ads perform and show our ads to people who have visited the site.
• Shipping labels: our shipping label service, to create labels and send you tracking updates.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, customers or others.
• Business changes: if the shop is ever sold or transferred, customer information may transfer with it under this policy.

We never sell your personal information for money. Our advertising tags may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state privacy laws, and you can opt out at any time (see Cookies, analytics and advertising).

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential cookies keep your cart and checkout working. The site will not work properly without them.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) tell us which pages are visited and how people find the site.
• Advertising cookies and tags (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Google) help us measure our ads and show them to past visitors. They load only after you accept them in our cookie banner, where required by law.

We are based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed here. By using the site from outside the US, you understand your information will be transferred to the US.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
