From order to your wall.

    Order placed

    Day 0

    You get an order confirmation by email.

  2. 02

    Printed & packed

    Up to 2 business days

    Every poster is printed to order, then packed to protect it in transit.

  3. 03

    Shipped

    Email within 3 business days

    You get an email when your order is on its way.

  4. 04

    Delivered

    Standard 3–4 · Economy 5–8 business days

    Estimates. Carrier, destination, weather and holidays can affect timing.

How it’s packed

Blueprints — in a tube

Long prints ship rolled in a sturdy protective tube.

Solar System — flat

Solar System posters ship flat in a rigid mailer, backed with board so they arrive without a crease.

Shipping rates

US shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $5.

International orders

We ship within the United States only for now. If you’re outside the US, email support@rocketblueprintposters.com and we’ll let you know when international shipping opens.

02Returns

Returns, exchanges
& refunds.

Return request window

7 DAYS

from the day you receive your item. It must be in the condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

    Email us first

    Write to support@rocketblueprintposters.com before sending anything. Returns sent without a request can’t be accepted.

  2. 2

    Ship it back

    If your return is accepted, you buy the return shipping label and send the item in its original packaging.

  3. 3

    Get your refund

    Once it arrives and is inspected, we let you know. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or wrong, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Not returnable

Sale items and gift cards.

RefundsYour bank may take extra time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact us.
