By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. “We,” “us” and “Rocket Blueprints” mean Rocket Blueprint Posters, based in Arizona, USA.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order and agree to these terms.

Rocket Blueprints is an independent business. Our prints are based on historical NASA technical drawings and publicly released space imagery. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by NASA or any government agency.

• Every print is made to order after you buy it.
• We work to show colors and details accurately, but they can look different depending on your screen.
• Restored historical drawings may keep some character of the original documents, such as line weight variation or annotations. This is part of the artwork, not a defect.
• Product details, sizes and availability may change, and we may discontinue a product at any time.

• Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• US shipping is free on orders of $35 or more and $5 on smaller orders. The shipping cost is shown in your cart before you pay.
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law, including Arizona transaction privilege tax.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
• If a price or product is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been placed.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is listed in error, payment fails or we suspect fraud, and we will refund any amount charged.

Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as possible. You can change or cancel your order any time before it ships, for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our Shipping & Returns policy applies.

Shipping times, packaging, return requests and refunds are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms. In short: request a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing us first; damaged, defective or incorrect items will be made right.

The restorations, designs, photographs, text, logos and other content on this site belong to Rocket Blueprint Posters or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Underlying NASA source material is in the public domain where applicable, but our restored versions and the presentation of them are our work.

Buying a print gives you the right to display it for personal or business decor. It does not give you the right to copy, scan, reproduce, resell or distribute the artwork, or to use it on other products.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Copy, scrape or download images or content for reuse without our written permission.
• Interfere with the site’s security or operation, or upload harmful code.
• Submit false information or impersonate anyone.

If you send us reviews, photos, feedback or ideas, you confirm you have the right to share them and allow us to use them to run and promote the shop, such as showing a review on a product page. We will not publish your full name or contact details without asking.

Checkout, shipping and other features use third-party services such as our payment processor and shipping carriers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from this site.

Except as stated in these terms and our Shipping & Returns policy, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or artwork.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a problem comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

• We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not apply to orders already placed.
• If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
• These terms, with the policies they reference, are the full agreement between you and us about using the site and buying prints.
